My dogs love the treat gift we received in our parcel what are they?

How do I wash and care for my pets clothing? 

Item’s can be hand washed or washed at 30 degrees. Most of our items are polyester and cotton. Any items with buttons or embellishments are advised to be washed inside out.  

How do I contact you if I don't have social media?

Bark In Style Boutique Ltd customer service are here to help you with any queries during the hours of 9-5 Mon to Fri. You can contact us via email Jessika@barkinstyleboutique.co.uk. Please allow 2-3 days for us to get back to you.

Do you do wholesale?

We currently do not do wholesale on our products, if this changes in the future we will update this notice.

Can I purchase items in bulk of the same item? No, these items will need to be verified with the CEO, if they are presents or gifts for family or friends we may accept these conditions with proof. If you’re a customer or another business trying to buy to resell on our items your IP will be blocked. 

Can I re-sell on items my pup has worn?

Yes we have a second hand Facebook group for buyers to re-sell items that other customers may like at a discounted price. Our Facebook group is called 'Bark In Style Boutique Ltd Pre-loved Items'

Can I cancel an order?

We require 24 hours notice to cancelling orders. 

How long can pre-ordered items take to be delivered?

Item's can take up to 12-90 days to be delivered. International sales may take longer but we will keep you updated.

Can I return an order?  

1 RETURNS POLICY

Please contact Bark In Style Boutique before returning any items.

You can return the product within 14 days of delivery for a exchange or store credit.

The product must be in new condition with tags. If the product is ruined or used, item is damaged because of use or neglect product shall not be eligible for a return , exchange or store credit. 

Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case.

Bark In Style Boutique suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Bark In Style Boutique will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to email it to us.

1.2 SHIPPING

To return your product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 2. EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT POLICY

Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you store credit or an exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags attached.

2.1 EXCHANGE / STORE CREDITS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.

If you are approved, then your store credit or exchange will be processed, within a certain amount of days.

2.3 SALE ITEMS

Only regular priced items may be exchanged or store credited. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.(CHRISTMAS, SEASONAL ITEMS)

2.4 EXCHANGES

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Jessika@barkinstyleboutique.co.uk

 

2.5 CANCELLATION ON ORDERS

Please give us 24 hours notice as items are pre-ordered or may have already been packed for shipment. Any later, we will not cancel your order.
