Exchange / Store Credit Policy
Please contact Bark In Style Boutique before returning any items.
Please understand we are only a small business.
You can return the product within 14 days of delivery for a exchange or store credit.
The product must be in new condition with tags. If the product is ruined or used, item is damaged because of use or neglect product shall not be eligible for a return, exchange or store credit.
We are unable to accept returns for the following:
You were aware that an item had a defect when you purchase it.
The item was damaged whilst you was attempting to carry out a repair.
You no longer want the item (eg: wrong colour, or have simply changed your mind).
Personalised and custom-made items.
Make sure to include contact information with the return and if possible, please provide us with a tracking number and a brief description of your case.
Bark In Style Boutique suggests you get a receipt and a package ID for the return from the delivery service, as it makes it easier to follow the return shipment if needed. Bark In Style Boutique will make a refund of eligible returns. If you paid by invoice, we will need a bank account number to transfer the money back to. The easiest way is to email it to us.
If you receive a free gift with your order and return any of the items, the free gift must be returned too. If it is not returned, the cost of the free gift will be deducted from your store credit.
To return your product, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are shipping an item over £50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
2. EXCHANGE / STORE CREDIT POLICY - OUR OWN BRAND CLOTHING, TOYS AND ACCESSORIES
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can't offer you store credit or an exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging and tags attached.
2.1 EXCHANGE / STORE CREDITS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or store credit.
If you are approved, then your store credit or exchange will be processed, within a certain amount of days.
2.3 SALE ITEMS
Only regular priced items may be exchanged or store credited. Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.(CHRISTMAS, SEASONAL ITEMS)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at Jessika@barkinstyleboutique.co.uk
2.5 CANCELLATION ON ORDERS
Please give us 24 hours notice as items are pre-ordered or may have already been packed for shipment. Any later, we will not cancel your order.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited. We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors in the Service will be corrected.
