Where are my products coming from?

We have manufacturing, fulfillment and shipping partners around the world. We have partners located in the United Kingdom, China, America, and Europe.

Not all of our stock is kept within the UK, this means that your order could be sent from any of our warehouses.

UK orders are currently only sent via Evri as known as Hermes. 

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event. A refund will be given for any products you have paid for but not received.

If an item is not in stock on our website, you order will process as a pre-order. It will state this when you click on the item to put in your basket.

Please note that order delivery time can be affected by holidays, weather conditions, custom laws and other variables out of our hands.

Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for these situations.

Due to Royal Mail Strikes we may experience delays. update 2023: a small number of orders were effected by this which was out of our control. 

Due to COVID-19, delivery times can change at any time without notice. We understand that delays in delivery, especially in current times can be frustrating.

Due to recent Royal Mail cyber attacks, deliveries are taking longer than expected. 

Lost or stolen items are out of our hands so unfortunately we are unable to provide replacement items.


Important notice on international orders:

International orders are sent via Royal Mail International Standard.

Heavier and more expensive items will be sent Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed.
